STFC Technology has a range of opportunities each year for Graduate Microelectronic Engineers. These positions are across the spectrum of our work as described on this website and in our "Graduate Careers in Microelectronics" brochure, and includes:

• System-on-Chip including hardware & software co-design
• Digital, Analogue and mixed signal ASICs
• Deep Sub Micron IC design
• PCB and MCM design
• MEMS and Microfluidics
• RF and High Frequency design

The starting salary of Graduate Microelectronic Engineers within STFC Technology will be up to £25,442 (pay award pending). This will comprise a basic salary of £23,442 plus up to £2,000 additional Microelectronics allowance. Please note that this additional microelectronics allowance is only available to Microelectronic Engineers within STFC Technology and you must apply for Microelectronics as your area of work interest on your application form.
